Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Development Representatives based in CostaRica to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our U.S. market. This is a unique opportunity for true sales gurus with a proven track record of success in the U.S. market to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative company.
This role is a remote role and our working hours: Monday to Friday, Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the nuances of the U.S. market, including industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
  • Execute high-impact lead generation campaigns targeting key decision-makers within U.S. companies. Utilize advanced prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and enrichment tools to identify and qualify high-value leads.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to engage potential U.S. clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of InVitro Capital’s solutions.
  • Build and meticulously manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent progress towards sales targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with U.S. clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building long-term partnerships.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, providing regular updates and reports on progress and key performance indicators.
  • Develop a deep understanding of InVitro Capital’s AI-driven solutions and their unique value proposition to effectively communicate their benefits to U.S. clients.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of successful experience in a U.S.-based sales role, ideally within the Healthcare or a related industry.
  • Native-level English fluency.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving consistent quota attainment in U.S.-focused roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of the U.S. business landscape, including competitive dynamics, cultural nuances, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a consultative sales approach and navigating the sales cycle.
  • Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience with other sales and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex information clearly and persuasively to U.S. audiences.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a proactive work ethic.
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in remote sales roles.
  • Proven experience working in the Healthcare industry or a closely related sector.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, and other enrichment platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with healthcare-specific CRM systems, such as Salesforce Health Cloud, HubSpot CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Healthcare, Cerner CRM, Zendesk for Healthcare, Zoho CRM, AllScripts CRM, or NexHealth CRM.
