We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual to join our growing sales team. You will be the first point of contact with potential new clients, identifying their needs and generating new business opportunities.
· Researching prospects, generating and updating prospect lists and the company CRM.
· Building the sales funnel with a high-level of outbound activity. Conducting outbound calls, emails and social outreach to both warm and cold leads with persistence and professionalism.
· Qualifying leads, building trust and rapport with prospects then scheduling meetings for senior BDMs to attend.
· Identifying and developing key decision-makers relationships within set target accounts.
· Seeking opportunities to upsell and expand existing customer accounts.
· Working collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
· Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM.
· Achieving set KPIs on call activity, pipeline development and meetings booked.
· Staying updated on industry trends, company products and competitor offerings.
· Handling customer data responsibly and ensuring GDPR compliance.
