WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help drive growth across Germany for SentinelOne’s enterprise sales team.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and qualifying high-value leads through both inbound and outbound outreach. You’ll serve as a key link between our Marketing and Sales teams - initiating conversations, understanding potential customers’ needs, and setting the foundation for successful enterprise-level engagements.
We’re looking for someone confident with cold outreach and prospecting, ideally with experience in a Sales Development position. However, we’re also open to candidates from other backgrounds with transferable skills in lead generation, business development, or client-facing roles.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD YOU BRING?

  • Fluency in English and German (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in a Sales Development, Sales Account Executive, or related lead-generation role.
  • Confidence and professionalism in cold calling and outbound outreach.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Solid working knowledge of Excel for tracking and analyzing performance data.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to confidently deliver engaging and persuasive presentations.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for growth and learning.
Responsibilities
  • Present SentinelOne to potential enterprise clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage inbound interest and actively pursue outbound opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Understand client needs, business models, and key decision-making processes.
  • Tailor product messaging and solutions to resonate with enterprise-level prospects.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Book qualified meetings and calls for Account Executives to progress deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the enterprise sales team to ensure seamless handoffs and strategic alignment.
  • Report on key metrics, pipeline activity, and outcomes to the Business Development Manager.
  • Stay current on product features, competitive landscape, and relevant industry trends.
  • Work fully remotely from Germany, and visit our Amsterdam office once per quarter.
