As one of our first Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a foundational role in driving our outbound sales strategy. You won’t just be generating and qualifying leads—you’ll be building the blueprint for our SDR function as we scale.
We’re looking for a self-starter who is intrinsically motivated to own, refine, and expand our outbound sales process. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, excels at uncovering high-value opportunities, and is ready to take the lead in building an SDR team around them.

EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND

  • 3+ years of experience in an SDR, lead generation, or outbound prospecting role.
  • Proven success in building and scaling outbound pipelines in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience in media, advertising, or tech-related businesses is strongly preferred.

SKILLS & TOOLS

  • Proficiency with prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Outreach, and CRM platforms like Salesforce or Attio.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition of media and advertising solutions to potential partners.
