Job Title: Sr. Sales Director

SUMMARY:

The Sr. Sales Director is responsible for leading regional sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and managing a high-performing sales team across key markets. This role will focus on expanding SKIDATA’s footprint in the U.S. through strategic customer acquisition, enterprise-level solution selling, and long-term client partnerships. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology-based solutions, a strong commercial acumen, and a passion for innovation and leadership.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in the technology or enterprise software space.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and recurring revenue models.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in parking, access control, or mobility solutions is a plus.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required. MBA preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with SKIDATA’s global growth objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and deal structuring.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Project Management, and Customer Success teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and leverage analytics to drive performance.
  • Represent SKIDATA at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
