Key Tasks & Accountabilities: Responsible for a portfolio of C-Suite Tech Summits throughout the EMEA region Implementing strategy to achieve group sales goals in line with company-wide goals Hire, train, nurture and lead a London based Sponsorship Sales team Manage team in developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts Develop and leverage relationships with the Customer Success, Relationship Management and Event Operations departments Strategize with other BU's to assist in onsite and cross selling opportunities Work collaboratively with the SVP Sales and CEO to implement new revenue generating opportunities Manage a continuous and consistent sales training program for the Events Sales Team Support the Performance of BDMs and support/create individual development plans/succession plans Manage weekly/monthly sales reporting, roll-up forecasts and commission calculations Work with Marketing and outside partners to develop sales tools for the sales team Knowledge & Skills Requirements At least 8 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of selling high level sponsorship media packages to the C-suite. 4 years+ of Senior Sales Management experience, recruiting, developing and managing inside sales teams. A proven closer with strong relationship building skills. Proactive, energetic, self-starter looking to have significant impact on business success and all-hands on deck attitude. Extremely self-motivated with a strong ability to organize, prioritize and manage others to meet revenue targets. New business hunter mentality with competitive drive and upbeat attitude that is contagious across your sales team. Excellent verbal, written, presentation and negotiation communication skills. You have plenty of determination, passion and drive to get the job done. Responsibilities
Lead a London-based sponsorship sales team to achieve revenue goals for C-Suite Tech Summits across the EMEA region. Collaborate with executive leadership to implement new revenue opportunities and manage sales reporting and forecasting.
