Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Sales Director to drive growth by connecting HLB with our Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs). This role blends high-level networking, targeted outreach, and marketing strategy with the goal of procuring new single-family project clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, contact, and engage with ICPs through cold outreach.
  • Manage and track all ICP communications, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients and construction and real estate partners.
  • Manage online ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to optimize performance.
  • Represent HLB at events, in-person meetings, and networking opportunities to expand brand presence in Colorado and beyond.
