  • Acquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals from clients and business development activities locally
  • Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customersEngage other departments to get referral opportunities

  • Attuned to the current economic and financial markets by attending trainings so as to be current and proficient in addressing customer’s queries
  • Achieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insurance
  • Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customised solutions in alignment with the bank’s standards and industry regulations
  • Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
