Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning * Acquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals from clients and business development activities locally  * Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers * Engage other departments to get referral opportunities   Business Performance and Management * Attuned to the current economic and financial markets by attending trainings so as to be current and proficient in addressing customer’s queries * Achieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insurance * Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customised solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations * Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution * Achieve service standards set by the bank * Work towards Preferred Banking’s intended goals    People Management * Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell, strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills  * Committed in the improvement of self towards becoming a good ambassador of CIMB Preferred   Regulatory Compliance * Comply with all internal policies, procedures, processes as well as regulatory requirements. * Attend all trainings    Requirements: Qualifications * Degree/Diploma in any discipline    Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements   * Possess the relevant certifications, e.g., CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, and M9A   Relevant Work Experience * At least 3 years relevant sales experience in retail banking   Technical/Functional Skills * Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore * Able to work independently with minimal supervision   Personal Skills (Soft Competencies) * Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivation, outstanding ability to sell * Strong writing and presentation skills, excellent negotiation, closing and follow-up skills * Meticulous * Approachable, helpful, and patient * Team player
