Responsibilities * Work closely with supervisor to develop business portfolio through loan acquistions * Generation of new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, strategic tie ups * To increase wallet share through via service and understanding of customers’ needs * Underwrite credit risk by understanding and identifying risk areas and mitigating factors * Ensure proper compliance of bank policies and processes Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Preferably with 1 year banking experience or related sales and marketing experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies * Focused and goal-oriented
