THE ROLE:
Sales Enablement & Learning sits within Morningstar’s Business Development and Sales group, which is responsible for helping our clients build their businesses and provide better outcomes for investors. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement & Learning, the Program Manager partners with stakeholders across the organization to develop, execute, and optimize training programs and enablement initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, confidence, and performance. We’re looking for a proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented enablement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
