WHAT’S THE OPPORTUNITY?
Intercom is launching a new Enterprise motion, and the Enablement team is expanding to support this next phase of growth. We are seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager based in Dublin to serve as a critical strategic business partner to our Head of Enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to build from the ground up as we scale our approach to selling into the world’s largest companies.
You will be responsible for shaping and executing the enablement strategy that empowers our Enterprise Account Executives and Relationship Managers to navigate complex buying groups, deliver strategic value, and win large-scale deals. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Operations, R&D, and other cross-functional partners to ensure our field teams are equipped to succeed in this new segment.
