We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Enablement Manager to be the face of enablement in the Asia Pacific region, specifically covering our core markets ANZ, SEA, and Northern Asia.     You are a passionate educator and coach who thrives on helping others succeed. In this role, you will be the critical bridge between our global enablement strategy and local go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for delivering high-impact training, providing hands-on coaching to individual contributors and their managers, and ensuring our customer-facing teams are confident and competent in their roles. If you are passionate about sales, an expert facilitator, and love being in the field helping teams win, this role is for you.    Key Responsibilities include:   * Be the Regional Enablement Partner: Act as the primary enablement point of contact for the region. Build strong relationships with GTM leadership and customer-facing teams to understand their needs, challenges, and the nuances of their local markets and co-create enablement strategies that align to regional business priorities.   * Facilitate with Excellence: Lead engaging and interactive workshops (both in-person and virtual) for Individual contributors and managers on our core sales methodologies, product knowledge, enablement systems, and new hire onboarding programs.  * Coach for Performance: Provide impactful 1:1 and group coaching to individual contributors and front-line managers, helping them bridge the gap between learning and doing. You will guide them in applying new skills to live deals and drive measurable performance improvements in deal velocity, win rates, and quota attainment.  * Drive Global-to-Local Relevance: Adapt and tailor global enablement programs to ensure they are highly relevant and effective for the regional market, language, and culture.  * Champion the Voice of the Field: Actively gather, synthesize, and report feedback from the field to the global enablement team, providing critical insights that inform and improve our overall strategy, content, and programs.  * Leverage Best Practices, Tools & AI: Apply industry best practices, modern enablement tools, proven methodologies, and AI-driven solutions to design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs, driving scalable and measurable outcomes.   * Increase Program Adoption & Impact: Serve as a direct line of support for our customer-facing teams answering their questions, reinforcing key concepts, and driving the adoption of new skills and tools to maximize the impact of our initiatives.    To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: * Exceptional Facilitation & Engagement: Master of managing a room (both virtual and live) and fostering an inclusive environment. You can effectively coach both individual contributors and managers to improve performance and develop their skills.  * Strong Business & Sales Acumen: Significant experience in a B2B sales role and a deep understanding of the sales process, methodologies, and challenges. You can credibly "talk shop" with even the most senior sellers.  * World-Class Communication: Possess outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.  * Stakeholder Management: Excel at building relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels, from individual sellers to senior sales leadership across regions and cultures. You know how to influence without authority.  * Adaptable & Agile: Comfortable with ambiguity and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You understand how to apply adult learning principles to design and deliver effective training.  * Global & Cross-Cultural Enablement: Proven success delivering enablement across multiple regions and cultures.
