Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re hiring a Senior Sales Engineer to lead the POC process for our data, cloud, and AI solutions for marketers. You will analyse customer needs, prepare data, and deliver impactful reporting that validates value and successfully moves the sales process to close. As a senior member of the team, you will also mentor junior sales engineers and drive the evolution of our POC methodology. This role reports to the Vice President of Sales and is based in San Francisco (Onsite).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and execute complex POCs that demonstrate Alembic’s value, progressing deals to close
  • Lead technical discovery and requirements gathering with senior customer stakeholders
  • Prepare and process customer data to build accurate POC reporting for enterprise-scale implementations
  • Deliver compelling presentations of POC results to C-level and senior customer stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Enterprise AEs and Product to align solutions with strategic objectives
  • Drive scalable POC processes and best practices across the sales engineering team
  • Mentor and develop junior sales engineers
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer technical feedback
