Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer specialising in Automation and Electrification to join our team in Casalecchio di Reno, Italy. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement strategic plans for clients in the automation and electrification sectors, identifying new business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customised solutions, conducting technical presentations and demonstrations Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies, negotiating complex contracts Monitor sales performance metrics, provide regular reports, and stay current with automation and electrification technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with proven experience in customer management, preferably in automation or electrification industries Strong technical knowledge of automation and electrification technologies, including industrial manufacturing processes and energy management systems Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with ability to analyse complex technical and business requirements Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus Willingness to travel within the Emilia Romagna region and occasionally to other parts of Italy Additional Information Bosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
