POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth across the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction chemicals and waterproofing systems, combined with excellent sales and client relationship management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of construction chemicals, waterproofing, and related products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).
• Strong technical knowledge of construction chemical solutions and applications.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction chemicals and waterproofing sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and distributors.
• Provide technical support and product presentations to clients and project stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project developments in the UAE.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
