You will… Lead technical discovery and qualification processes across the customer journey, identifying customer pain points and aligning technical solutions with business outcomes in collaboration with the Sales team. Support onboarding by defining success criteria, based on technical discussions with the customer, you will outline key goals to guide a smooth and goal-oriented onboarding process. Respond to RFIs and RFPs, translating complex technical capabilities into persuasive, outcome-driven documentation aligned with client goals. Support sales cycles from initial contact to close, serving as a trusted technical advisor while articulating how Elsight solves real-world customer challenges. Represent Elsight at global industry events and tradeshows, acting as a technology evangelist and driving awareness across key markets. Develop scalable technical sales content, such as reference architectures, demo environments, and solution briefs in collaboration with marketing. Enable and support partners globally, including resellers and OEMs, through onboarding, training, and continuous technical engagement. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners and strategic customers, guiding implementation and promoting best practices during the sales cycle. Provide structured market and product feedback to internal teams, influencing roadmap decisions and helping sharpen product-market fit. Dominate on industry trends and competitors, ensuring Elsight’s solutions are well-positioned and differentiated in a dynamic market landscape. Requirements Apply if you have… 3+ years of relevant experience in Presales Engineering and customer-facing roles (Sales Engineer, solutions architect) within the unmanned and Information Communication Technology (ICT) domains. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Communication Engineering – advantage A strong technical background combined with customer-facing experience in presales, systems engineering, or solution consulting roles. Proven ability to explain complex technology in simple, compelling terms to diverse stakeholders - from engineers to C-level executives. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to guide both technical evaluations and strategic conversations in both English and Hebrew. High sense of ownership, resourcefulness, and relentless curiosity. Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments, where you’ve had to operate independently and build processes or solutions from the ground up. Strong business thinking - able to understand customer goals and translate them into clear technical success criteria. Collaborative and influential, with a track record of working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and external partners. Big advantage for Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, or UAV ecosystems. Experience with wireless communication, networking, or connectivity solutions.
