It's time to make a move. Join our flow. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Senior Sales Engineer for New Equipment Business to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will proactively manage customer relationships, manage opportunities from current and new customers and close deals in a way that meets customer needs and maximizes KONE’s order book and profitability. You will focus on creating customer trust, value and loyalty and hence we are looking for somebody with a proven track record of being a go-getter and understanding selling at its core. We need someone who could influence, is driven and has a strong commercial acumen. Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility. Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of the KONE team. Document and maintain the customer and contact information. Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the sales budget and pricing targets including proactively generating opportunities from outside current customer base. Accountable for finding customer needs and KONE’s solution matching those needs. Responsible for pricing using the approved tendering tools. Validate that the contents of the contract are in line with the negotiation process outcome. Maintain full information about opportunities, tasks and visits, while keeping CRM up to date. Are you the one? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any relevant field.. 5-7 years of experience in sales. Experience in Saudi market. Arabic native and excellent English communication. Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self-starter with an orientation towards a high level of customer service. Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs. Passion for sales, with a proven track record and a strong customer focus. Excellent Arabic and English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. CRM experience is preferred.
