As a Senior Sales Engineer will have the unique role of leveraging their engineering skills to solve individual customer problems. You will work alongside Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Technical Delivery Managers, and Forward Deployed Engineers to solve customer challenges and enhance their mission outcomes. You’ll regularly engage with the customer in both pre and post sales capacities, to scope and prototype the solution, lead the implementation/deployment, and address obstacles that might hinder a customer from being successful with our product. Using your ability to detect problems before they happen, and size-up new technical concepts quickly, you enable customers to understand and experience the value of the product.
