QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited University or applicable industry experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with security and networking solutions.
  • Previous presales experience highly preferred
  • Experience presenting solutions to executive management teams.
  • Applicable industry training and/or certifications, e.g., CEH, CISSP, CISA.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting directly (and in-person) with clients and prospects, performing customer needs assessments and solution-mapping sessions
  • Responsible for client and prospect deliverables including (but not limited to) Statements of Work (SoWs), Bills of Materials (BoMs), and other client closing plans
  • Demonstrating Cipher xMDR product and experience for clients, prospects, partners, and other individuals and organizations, as needed
  • Collaborating with xMDR product team to incorporate customer and prospect feedback and tracking improvements with the larger Cipher team
  • Providing knowledge and training on products to peers, presales, and sales staff in the organization
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the company solutions as well as partner OEM solutions including their functions, features, and benefits.

  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including Security Operations, common vulnerabilities, exploits, and their real-world business implications as well as the controls implemented to minimize corresponding risk
  • Skilled at articulating technical solutions in both business and technical terms, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Comfortable delivering high-impact presentations and product demos under time constraints or in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrates accountability by following through on commitments and addressing performance issues when necessary.
  • Clear and concise communicator, with strong verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
  • Experienced in leading technical teams and coordinating resources to meet complex account requirements.
  • Quick to learn and apply new technical concepts, tools, or platforms as needed.
