ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Engineer to spearhead business development and key account management in one or more of the following sectors: Semiconductor/HVAC/ BMS/UPS/BESS/ Marine Valve/Industrial Automation
This is a customer-facing role ideal for a solution-oriented professional who thrives in technical sales environments and enjoys developing long-term client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries (Semiconductor, HVAC, BESS, BMS, Industrial Automation)
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, providing pre-sales consultation and product recommendations
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to the management teamAchieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
