Role We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Solution Consulting department in a hybrid capacity based in Singapore, reporting to the Manager Solution Consulting. As a critical technical partner, you will drive the digital transformation of our enterprise customers by providing expert thought leadership and high-impact technical guidance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process, ensuring our solutions are positioned to solve complex business challenges effectively. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Provide technical thought leadership and advice to public sector customers on how to transform their digital experience Take total ownership of the technical sale and all associated processes Identify and qualify technical opportunities while developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders Deliver high-impact sales pitches, technical demonstrations, and whiteboard presentations to ensure successful solution deployments Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications) Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience 7+ years of experience in presales roles, with at least 5 years specifically focused on selling network and security solutions and technologies for Banking & Financial customers Hands-on experience with systems installation and administration of routers/switches Deep technical knowledge of network security principles and applications What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Technical proficiency with GPO, Active Directory/LDAP, and SSO/SAML integrations Strong understanding of HTTP and web security technologies, including proxies, caches, and firewalls Practical knowledge or experience with evolving security technology areas such as SSE/SASE, Data Security, SecOps, or AI #LI-Hybrid #LI-LK2 At Zscaler, we are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve and the customers we work with.
