We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a prestigious luxury fashion boutique in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven luxury retail professional who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver a personalised, luxury shopping experience tailored to each client.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and proactive clienteling.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and KPI targets.
• Demonstrate expert product knowledge and provide tailored styling and product recommendations.
• Support CRM activities and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented and reflects the highest luxury standards.
• Assist with stock management, inventory control, and online order fulfilment.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve boutique objectives and drive overall business performance.

• About You2–3 years' experience in luxury or premium fashion retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Passion for luxury fashion and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Proactive, organised and commercially minded.
• A positive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
