Job Description The Senior Sales Executive helps drive hotel revenue by promoting the property and other chain hotels in the region. The role requires sales skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Promote the hotel and chain properties within the assigned territory, targeting key clients and commercial accounts Achieve and exceed hotel budget targets and individual KPIs, including room nights, meeting room revenue, ADR, and occupancy Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities Conduct strategic sales visits, site inspections, and presentations to prospective clients to secure contracts Forecast business volume based on hotel occupancy, seasonal trends, events, and market dynamics Maintain accurate and up-to-date client, company, and contact information in the PMS (Anais system) Gather and communicate competitor and market intelligence to support informed decision-making. Negotiate contracts and rates, ensuring proposals are documented accurately and aligned with company strategy Provide high-quality after-sales service, addressing client feedback and collaborating with internal departments as needed Mentor and support junior sales team members, contributing to overall team performance and professional development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field Minimum 4–5 years of proven hotel sales experience, preferably in a similar capacity Strong record of new business acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape Advanced organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts Proactive, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing business needs High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to ethical conduct Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and retention Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore.
