REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2–3 years’ sales experience in media, advertising, or production industry.
• Strong client network in Dubai/GCC preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and content trends is a plus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within media, production, advertising, or creative industries, and will be passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for studio services (video production, photography, podcasting, rentals).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and direct clients.
• Pitch creative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
