JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced Arabic-speaking Sales Executive with a strong background in transport, contracting, and ready-mix industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling aggregates, diesel, and road base in the Dubai region, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring successful sales transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Arabic speaker (Mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales within the transport, contracting, or ready-mix industry.
• Strong knowledge of aggregates, diesel, and road base products.
• Established network of clients in the Dubai region.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience handling large fleet accounts and major contracting companies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, construction companies, ready-mix plants, and transport firms.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Promote and sell aggregates, diesel, and road base to customers in the Dubai region.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on business performance.
