Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships in the food packaging sector. Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new customer accounts and ensure sustainable business growth. Delivering top-tier customer service, including training and technical support, to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly visiting clients to understand their needs, present products, and maintain strong relationships. Efficiently managing and updating customer databases within your assigned territory. Playing a pivotal role in problem-solving, improving customer experiences, and understanding client requirements. Collaborating closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to provide market feedback, contribute to strategy development, and achieve sales targets. Building and maintaining relationships with Key Leaders in the GCC region. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager on market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and other critical information. Coordinating with the production and logistic teams for smooth order processing and other related activities. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree preferably with experience in the packaging sector. Work Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry. Competencies Bachelor's Degree preferably with experience in the packaging sector. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the GCC's food packaging markets. Proven experience in customer-facing roles within the food packaging field. Possession of a valid driving licence; willingness to travel extensively across the UAE. Demonstrated ability to convey technical knowledge effectively to customers and at professional gatherings such as exhibitions and trade shows. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
