Job Description (Key Responsibilities) As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving Nestlé’s business outcomes in your assigned territory by efficiently managing distribution, sales processes, and trade relationships. Your key responsibilities include: Ensuring product availability across all relevant channels. Planning and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, including setting targets for each distributor. Monitoring distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI). Managing distribution setup and leading secondary sales force deployment. Implementing trade and consumer activations, merchandising and visibility programs. Ensuring distributor compliance with company‑defined roles, processes and responsibilities. Ensuring accurate execution of sales, discount and trading terms. Training and developing the secondary sales force. Conducting performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel. Demonstrating strong communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, resourcefulness, innovativeness, poise, and confidence.
