Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Executive, you’ll represent the BT brand and work closely with SMEs across Liverpool, Chester, and North Wales. After completing BT’s Academy training (earning a globally recognised qualification), you’ll be equipped to confidently promote BT’s full product portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively manage key accounts via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Identify new business opportunities through account management
  • Close sales via phone and email, driving revenue growth
  • Up-sell and cross-sell across BT’s product suite
  • Accurately record customer interactions in Salesforce CRM
