Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and close deals.
  • Track and report on sales performance.
  1. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain client records using CRM tools.
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and support.
  1. Product Knowledge & Demonstration
  • Have in-depth knowledge of products/services.
  • Conduct product demos or presentations to clients.
  • Address customer queries or objections effectively.
  1. Market Research & Strategy
  • Research market trends and competitors.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Suggest improvements or changes based on customer feedback.
  1. Sales Reporting & Documentation
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports of sales activities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Track inventory and coordinate with supply teams if needed.
  1. Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional strategies.
  • Work with other departments to ensure client satisfaction.
