SUMMARY OF THE ROLE The holder of this position will support the Projects Sales team in promoting and selling Jotun’s range of Decorative products to new, existing, and specified potential customers. By effectively utilizing Jotun’s sales tools and techniques, the role aims to build and maintain strong customer relationships, achieve budgeted sales targets, gross margin, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), while contributing to increased market share and overall profitability. This position reports to the Projects Sales Manager - Decorative and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities: Promote and sell Jotun Decorative products to assigned customers and projects through regular visits, maintaining strong relationships and gathering market insights. Execute sales strategies and marketing activities in line with company policies to achieve sales targets, ensure brand consistency, and drive business growth. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, smooth project execution, and excellent customer service. Manage project data and customer interactions through the CRM system, ensuring accurate records and effective follow-up. Monitor collections and follow up on payments to meet assigned targets while maintaining healthy working capital and resolving customer concerns efficiently. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER We are looking for a candidate who: Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering architecture / civil Degree or Chemical Engineer 3-5 years of experience in the construction field is must , preferably paints GCC (Gulf Cooperation Country) residents are preferred UAE driving license is preferred Competent in MS Office skills Fluency in English is required, Arabic is advantage.
