We’re not hiring an SDR. We’re not looking for someone to “build pipeline.” We need a hunter-closer who has already delivered $5M–$10M+ in B2B tech infrastructure or smart building solutions. You’ll sell Power over Ethernet (PoE) and Smart Building systems to Fortune 500 clients, REITs, and integrators across the US and globally.

MINIMUM HARD REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE FILTERS):

• $5M+ in B2B sales closed in the past 12 months
• 5+ years of experience in smart buildings, PoE, AV/IT infrastructure, or low-voltage solutions
• Proven closer of enterprise deals >$500K
• Has sold to C-level execs, IT Directors, or Facility Heads
• Must bring a book of business, relationships, or dealflow
