Key Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the tiles industry.
· Strong technical and commercial knowledge of tiles and related products.
· Proven track record of achieving sales results with a reputable organization.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and closing skills.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Proven ability to identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities.
· Good knowledge of the UAE market, including customer segments, contractors, and project channels.
· Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage.
