SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Flair Group has partnered with an innovative, fast growing financial solutions provider that is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed in a fast paced sales environment with a strong drive to advance their career and earnings.
This hybrid position will be based between remote working and our client’s modern office, located a short walk from Brighton station.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Making outbound sales calls to businesses that could benefit from our client’s financial solutions, currently used by over 200,000 small businesses.
  • You will proactively source your own leads using internal company resources, inbound enquiries and market research, building your own pipeline of customers.
  • Make 30–50 outbound calls per day, connecting with key decision-makers and introducing our client’s solutions to targeted businesses.
  • Begin to build relationships with potential clients, offering tailored credit solutions.
  • Operate professionally and in full compliance with FCA regulations (full training will be provided).

  • Is motivated to progress their career in B2B sales in a dynamic fast paced environment.
  • Has a track record working in sales
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers over the phone
  • Is incentivised by commission and career progression opportunities.
  • Possesses an adaptable mindset and a creative approach to managing the sales cycle.
