SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Flair Group has partnered with an innovative, fast growing financial solutions provider that is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed in a fast paced sales environment with a strong drive to advance their career and earnings.
This hybrid position will be based between remote working and our client’s modern office, located a short walk from Brighton station.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Making outbound sales calls to businesses that could benefit from our client’s financial solutions, currently used by over 200,000 small businesses.
- You will proactively source your own leads using internal company resources, inbound enquiries and market research, building your own pipeline of customers.
- Make 30–50 outbound calls per day, connecting with key decision-makers and introducing our client’s solutions to targeted businesses.
- Begin to build relationships with potential clients, offering tailored credit solutions.
- Operate professionally and in full compliance with FCA regulations (full training will be provided).
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Is motivated to progress their career in B2B sales in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Has a track record working in sales
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers over the phone
- Is incentivised by commission and career progression opportunities.
- Possesses an adaptable mindset and a creative approach to managing the sales cycle.

Interview Process:
- First stage: 30-minute introductory and values call with us.
- Second stage: 60-minute in-person interview with Sales Managers and an opportunity to meet the current team.
