Doran Motors was founded in 1979 as a family run automotive business. It grew and developed over the next 44 years taking on the Drogheda Car Sales franchise in 2012. In 2022 Frank Keane acquired Doran Motors and Drogheda Car Sales. Both dealerships are now part of the Frank Keane Group, a significant automotive business in Ireland. In 2024 Drogheda Car Sales was upgraded and rebranded to Frank Keane Drogheda. Frank Keane Drogheda is a franchise partner for Hyundai and Suzuki.

SENIOR & LEADERSHIP DUTIES

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan promotional strategies to drive the continued growth of our business and to generate new business opportunities.
• Contribute to showroom standards, display layouts, and the overall customer experience strategy.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and assist in resolving disputes.
• Support and mentor junior sales assistants, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new sales staff.
