QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

§ Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
§ Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in chilled meat is a must, within the HORECA segment.
§ Strong network of contacts in 5-star Hotels, High End Restaurants, large supermarket chains and Catering companies.
§ Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
§ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
§ Strong knowledge of chilled meat products, handling, and storage requirements.
§ Valid UAE driving license.

ADDITIONAL JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

§ Candidates residing in Abu Dhabi with chilled meat sales background and experience highly preferred.
§ Candidates residing in other emirates also considered if willing to travel back and forth to Abu Dhabi every alternative day. (3 days in Dubai & 3 days in Abu Dhabi alternatively per week)
§ Focus on selling a wide range of products to 5-star hotels, supermarkets, restaurants, and clubs etc. Products to be sold include chilled and frozen lamb, chilled and frozen beef, chilled and frozen veal as well as frozen poultry, frozen seafood, and frozen pork. Products are brought in from several countries.

JOB PURPOSE:

To drive sales of chilled meat products in the HORECA (5-star Hotels, High end Restaurants, Supermarkets, Catering) sector by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in line with company strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of 5-star Hotels, High end Restaurants, large supermarket chains, catering clients, focusing on chilled meat product sales.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
• Manage existing customer, Identify and acquire new customers within the HORECA segment.
• Maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, customer needs, and pricing trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from clients in line with company credit policies.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, product improvements, and market opportunities.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
