POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with extensive experience in the senior care industry and a strong network of decision-makers within senior home groups and healthcare organizations. This is a remote role with flexibility and autonomy — ideal for someone who thrives in a results-driven, entrepreneurial environment and values working with a family-run team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in medical consumables, foodservice packaging, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success in selling to senior home groups, long-term care networks, or healthcare providers
  • Strong existing network of procurement and operations contacts in the senior care space
  • Self-starter with a proactive, relationship-driven sales approach
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting with excellent communication and follow-up
  • CRM proficiency and organized pipeline management
Responsibilities
  • Develop and expand our client base across senior home groups and hospital networks
  • Leverage your existing relationships to introduce our full product portfolio of medical consumables and food packaging
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing and onboarding
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Provide market insights and help tailor product offerings to client needs
  • Represent the company at industry events and virtual trade shows as needed
