Description

Responsible for developing business in the hardware and electrical trade channel (both retail and wholesale) to achieve company’s sales targets for one of the leading light manufacturers in the world .

REQUIREMENTS

  • Relevant sales experience in the hardware channel or in selling electrical products (lighting, wiring, switches, tools, or related items).
  • Proven ability in critical thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build superior customer relationships.
  • End-to-end account management leadership, including both commercial and operational follow-through.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Team player with ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Immediate availability preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a productive long-term relationship with hardware and electrical channel customers.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs, buying behavior, and market dynamics within the hardware and electrical trade.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to drive volume growth, distribution, and visibility of lighting products.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and plans aligned with channel requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (supply chain, trade marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Resolve customer issues and act as the link between customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage trade spending and ensure ROI through promotions, displays, and business-driving activities.
  • Take ownership of assigned accounts with strong commitment to deliver sales and distribution targets.
  • Carry out negotiations with hardware and trade partners on pricing, terms, contracts, promotions, and merchandising execution.
  • Manage, supervise, and deliver business result for a team of 3 to Key Account Sales Executives
