REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of proven, senior-level sales experience within the IT consultancy sector, with a significant and demonstrable focus on selling IT solutions to large enterprises across diverse industries.
  • Network: Strong, established, and active connections within large industries within the UK is essential. You should be able to leverage these relationships to quickly generate qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of key industry landscapes, including trends, regulatory requirements, digital transformation initiatives, and specific challenges faced by large organisations, with particular expertise in sectors such as Banking and Financial Services.
  • IT Solutions Acumen: Strong understanding of various IT solutions and services (e.g., software development, digital transformation, cloud, data analytics, cybersecurity).
  • Sales & Negotiation Expertise: Exceptional communication, presentation, and advanced negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close complex deals.
  • Results-Oriented: A highly self-motivated, strategic thinker with a consistent track record of exceeding demanding sales targets.
  • Tools: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly experienced and exceptionally driven Senior Sales Executive to join our dedicated UK sales team and play a key role in supporting the rapid growth and expansion of our business.
With an emphasis on selling IT software services to large enterprises across diverse industries, including the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) sector, you will be expected to leverage your established network and proven expertise to immediately impact our sales growth.
You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing significant new business opportunities across this broad landscape, contributing directly to Infotel UK’s strategic expansion. Where required, you will be expected to travel to meet with key decision-makers including C-Level executives to achieve your sales objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and engage with prospective clients across various large industries, including Banking and Financial Services, leveraging an existing robust network to generate immediate opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Drive end-to-end sales processes from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture deep, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across diverse industry sectors.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate closely with internal technical, product, and delivery teams to craft and present tailored IT solutions that address the complex needs and challenges of prospective clients.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, bespoke proposals, and robust sales contracts.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes within target industries, including BFSI, to strategically position Infotel UK’s offerings.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets as set by the business.
  • Reporting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and document new sales strategies specifically targeting key industries, including BFSI.
