Background in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Prior B2B sales experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred, especially with Design Win/Design In exposure
Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms) and conditions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace productivity tools
Technical understanding of mechanical products is an added advantage
Experience with Salesforce or SAP systems is a plus

Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts, covering all aspects such as relationship management, sales forecasting, inventory control, and achievement of monthly sales targets
Coordinate closely with the factory and Japan headquarters for shipment scheduling, sample requests, and R&D collaboration
Drive Design Win and Design In activities to generate pipeline demand with both existing and new customers
Travel regionally as needed to support customers and pursue sales opportunities
Provide support to the Sales Manager through accurate and timely report generation
Travel overseas, especially to India and Indonesia, to explore and develop new business opportunities
