Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Executive focused on driving new logo growth within the EMEA region. This is a mid-career to senior-level role, perfect for a results-driven sales professional with a strong understanding of financial technology solutions and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. Key Tasks: New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across the EMEA region, focusing on acquiring new logos and expanding Kyriba's market presence. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the EMEA market to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and up-to-date forecasting and reporting. Client Engagement: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, understanding their needs and positioning Kyriba's solutions effectively. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Kyriba's offerings. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and contractual agreements to close deals that align with Kyriba's business objectives and deliver value to clients. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the financial technology or SaaS industry, preferably in the EMEA region. Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly in acquiring new logos. Strong understanding of financial solutions and the ability to articulate the value of complex technology offerings. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
