Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharma, or medical devices
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a clinical setting
  • Deep understanding of the oncology care pathway, diagnostics industry, or laboratory workflows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with clinical and executive stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and excited by fast-paced environments
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field (advanced degree is a plus
Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Executive to drive adoption of our liquid biopsy tests across hospitals, clinics, and specialist networks. You will be responsible for owning the sales process end-to-end — from pipeline development to closing — while working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and medical affairs to deliver outstanding customer experience and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a defined territory with accountability for revenue targets
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers (oncologists, medical centres, screening centres, labs, clinics, and hospital accounts etc.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers and institutions
  • Deliver excellent customer support and develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Track sales activities in CRM, forecast accurately, and report regularly to leadership
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to help shape product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure high service satisfaction
  • Manage customer accounts by operating as the key contact for all matters specific to your customers, including service agreement discussion
