With 550 talented individuals across 7 offices, we’re recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to join the Community Care team.
This is a hybrid position working one day (Tuesday) alongside your team in our Sutton (Greater London) office. You have the flexibility to choose to work from Sutton or Herne Hill the 2 other office days. The starting salary is up to £30,000 (DOE) plus company benefits.

  • The opportunity to drive the growth of Community Care Jobs by selling recruitment advertising solutions to organisations in the social care sector. Support clients to get their job vacancies on the leading job and content platforms in the sector so they can recruit the best talent to support the families they work with.
  • Be a key part in the overall strategy. Collaborate with the Head of Sales and the Marketing Team to develop and implement creative strategies to engage both new and existing customers.
  • A varied and exciting role. As well as selling across our job and display solutions have the opportunity to engage with job-seeking candidates through our CV database to understand their job preferences, promote our valued partners and ultimately help them find their dream role.
