Description

The Sales Executive will serve as the technical expert and liaison between the sales team and customers, providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and support throughout the sales process. Reporting to the BDM, the Sales Executive will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, articulating product capabilities, and driving sales growth through solution-based selling.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s waterproofing services, systems, and solutions, including their features, benefits, applications, and performance characteristics. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices related to building waterproofing technology and construction materials.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets, expand market presence, and maximize revenue growth. Identify target market segments, customer profiles, and business opportunities for sales expansion and market penetration.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, such as Facility Managers, Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Engineers, Building Owners, Developers & Contractors to understand their waterproofing needs and requirements.
  • Conduct on-site visits, inspections, and assessments to evaluate existing waterproofing systems, identify problems or deficiencies, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to gather insights into market trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning. Maintain / ensure confidentiality.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. (Engineering background will be a plus)
  • 3 to 4 years Sales Experience
  • Passionate & Energetic.
  • Excellent Communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per mont
