POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a high-performing, experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through the sale of Microsoft-based professional services and solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record of selling enterprise solutions, particularly across Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Fabric, Power Platform (including CoPilot, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel), and Dynamics 365.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation initiatives and be comfortable working with C-level stakeholders to define and deliver high-value outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong focus on Microsoft services and solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas in a consultative selling environment.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft’s ecosystem, licensing, and service delivery models.
  • Experience selling digital transformation, cloud migration, automation, or data-driven enterprise solutions.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels, especially CIOs, CTOs, and CFOs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Expert, Power Platform Functional Consultant, etc.) are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities related to Microsoft solutions and professional services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, delivery, and partner teams to develop tailored solutions that address customer needs.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, including RFP responses, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies including:
  • Azure (cloud infrastructure, data services, AI/ML, and security)
  • Microsoft Fabric (data integration, analytics, governance)
  • Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents)
  • Agentic solutions such as CoPilot, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel
  • Dynamics 365 (ERP, CRM, Customer Insights)
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, Microsoft roadmap developments, and competitive positioning.
  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas and other key performance metrics.
