OKIE Global is a next-generation cross-border distribution and brand acceleration company headquartered in Dubai. We specialise in helping global brands scale into the Middle East, Africa, and CIS through both online and offline channels. Our offline distribution network connects supermarkets, independent retail stores, wholesale partners, Horeca, and van sales (bakalas) across the GCC.
We are expanding our FMCG and retail distribution business and are looking for an experienced Sales Executive with strong connections in the local retail ecosystem.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in FMCG/consumer goods sales in the UAE or GCC.
  • Strong existing network with supermarket chains, independent retailers, and wholesalers.
  • Familiarity with bakala / van sales distribution model.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Language skills: English required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Sales Executive will be responsible for expanding OKIE Global’s FMCG distribution footprint across the UAE, with a focus on:

  • Supermarkets & hypermarkets
  • Independent retail stores
  • Bakalas (convenience stores via van sales)
  • Wholesale distributors

The role requires someone with existing strong connections in the UAE retail trade, capable of driving sales, securing new accounts, and maintaining long-term relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, approach, and onboard supermarkets, independent retail outlets, wholesalers, and van sales operators.
  • Negotiate contracts, trade terms, and credit policies with retail and wholesale partners.
  • Ensure placement of OKIE Global’s FMCG brands across 500+ retail points in the first phase.
  • Manage relationships with purchasing managers, category buyers, and store owners.
  • Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Work closely with logistics & operations to ensure timely delivery and stock replenishment.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and route coverage updates.
