Role Purpose Builds business by identifying and selling Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.  Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs. Respond to pre-sales and post-sales customer queries related to Product/ Fit-Out/Ceiling solutions presentation and demonstration, Solution, Design and Specifications and achieve the provided financial targets on a periodic basis. Job Accountabilities & Activities Proven experience in working on large projects, generating new sales leads, successful negotiation and closing skills, and fostering customer relationships. Ability to prospect, forecast, prepare sales presentations, product demonstration, negotiate and close new sales leads. Fostering relationships with new clients through contract negotiations and installation. Visiting sites to evaluate needs and to promote products and services. Market knowledge within Saudi Arabia in general and within Western/Southern region is highly preferred. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil engineering or any related field Required Years of Experience Field Sales Experience 5+ years within the Fit-Out/Ceiling in projects/B2B based field
