We are looking for a proactive, results-driven, experienced Senior Sales Executive to take a senior role in our dynamic new business sales team and play a key role in driving the growth of our apprenticeship and training solutions across the South. This is a full-time role, based at our Cosham Conference Centre.

YOUR ROLE: SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE
Joining our established sales team, you’ll take ownership of developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with employers across the region. You’ll work closely with our Account Managers, Marketing Team and the Head of Sales to undertake outreach strategies and help businesses access the training they need to thrive.
You will also take the role of exemplar, the senior sales professional within the New Business Team, demonstrating the behaviours and characteristics required to exceed targets on a quarterly basis. Reporting directly into the Sales Department Manager you will support the ongoing development of the New Business Team, undertaking a mentor role to your colleagues within the team.
