JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
OTE: £60,000+ per annum
Piccadilly Kia Wakefield is seeking an Experienced Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader to support the Head of Business, working alongside our professional and successful sales team.
Our modern dealership has recently undergone a full Global Store Concept redesign, complete with brand-new staff welfare facilities, and continues to thrive with the award-winning Kia range. We sell an exciting line-up of new vehicles, including Kia’s “best in class” electric range, alongside high-quality part exchanges.
To continue our success, we are looking for someone experienced, committed, determined, approachable, intelligent, computer-literate, and professional. You must not be afraid of hard work, will lead by example, and will always ensure the highest standards of presentation.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 24 months’ franchise dealership experience as a Senior Sales Executive, Assistant Sales Manager, or Sales Controller
• Proven, consistent track record of sales success
• Ideally, experience in both successful independent dealerships and larger groups
