Description

Pilsen Skoda have an opening for a Senior Sales Executive.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the targets both monthly and yearly from our Flagship Skoda Dealership.

THE SKILL SET

  • At least 3 years Sales Experience in a customer facing sales role.
  • Experience in automotive retail sales preferred but not required.
  • Full License.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Knowledge and or passion for car are an advantage.
  • Ability to get things done on time.
  • Strong PC skills essential, with a good working level of Excel.
  • ADP (Autoline) experience an advantage (System Training will be provided)
  • Finance Product Knowledge / APA Certified a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the entire sales process: from enquiry to delivery and beyond.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close the sale and handle customer requests.
  • Responsibility for maintaining the general appearance of the showroom.
  • Building customer relationships– Outbound calls, walk-in, service referrals & repeat customers.
  • Overseeing customer interaction to ensure that an efficient service is always provided to the customer using the best processes.
  • Other ad hoc duties.
